2010年武漢大學(xué)測繪工程專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)，2016年武漢大學(xué)大地測量學(xué)與測量工程專業(yè)畢業(yè)，工學(xué)博士學(xué)位，副研究員，碩士生導(dǎo)師。德國地學(xué)研究中心（GFZ）空間大地測量學(xué)聯(lián)培，哈爾濱工程大學(xué)、山東科技大學(xué)兼職碩士生導(dǎo)師，國際衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航服務(wù)組織（IGS）成員，中國衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航定位協(xié)會海洋定位導(dǎo)航授時（PNT）專委會委員。

  主要從事高精度衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航定位、水下導(dǎo)航定位與海洋時空基準(zhǔn)的理論、方法及其應(yīng)用等研究工作。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、國防科技計劃、束星北青年學(xué)者等項目，承擔(dān)國家重點研發(fā)計劃、問海計劃等課題，以第一/通訊作者在Journal of Geodesy、Journal of Geophysical Research、GPS Solutions等期刊發(fā)表論文20余篇，獲得發(fā)明專利4項，研制KUN、PENG、GOOS等海洋PNT軟件，研發(fā)多型海洋觀測裝備，獲得測繪科學(xué)技術(shù)特等獎、衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航定位科技進步特等獎等。
